cheap but gets the job done! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/14/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I got a perfectly good studio apartment here - definitely nothing fancy. But the management was really nice, I got along with my neighbors (though really, we mostly kept to ourselves). If you want a no-frills Capital Hill place, this is a great choice! One note: on street parking is difficult to find. I would frequently end up walking quite a distance.
