Sidney Apartments

Lived here for 3 years - good and bad From: thespaugh Date posted: 3/11/2007 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004   I liked the apartments and staff - but WATCH-OUT for that fire station!!! Pros: *Staff (Dawn/Jill) were very nice *Apts were modern *Washers/Dryers in units *Maintenance was good. *"Party" room / Outdoor grill was nice *Gym was adequate *Ability to see who is at front door on TV. Cons: *The fire station is right there - they run sirens EVERYTIME (including 3am on weekdays) they respond to a call...they have multiple calls a day...and no matter where the call is they drive to the corner of 4th/Wall and turn. I really hated this. *Others in the Apt. that lived in the Courtyard side complained about the garbage trucks. *We had break-ins the parking garage three times over the 3 years I was there. *Move out - like others I was nickle and dimed. I'm a stickler for noise so I _would_ recommend the Apts. if you don't mind sirens...me, it was the reason I moved.
