Loved it, wish I had never moved!

Site 17 was the best apartment experience I've had in Seattle, and I regret ever needing to move.
The office management staff was brilliant and helpful (Especially Betty), and I never had a single negative experience with any of the staff in the building.
The rents are slightly high, but the building is kept impeccably clean and the units are always in perfect condition when you move in (I stayed in two units, a 1 bedroom, then a loft).
I've seen some reviews complaining about the day-workers or Belltown streetlife, but I think that they must have not been paying attention before they moved in, because that sort of street-life is just the way Belltown is.
I am a young woman, and NEVER felt nervous or worried walking through the alley or alongside the building at night/early mornings.
In short, this is the best Harbor Property, and I loved my 2-year stay there.
