Harbor wont hire more needed janitors or maintence staff.
the garage is kept filthy (never cleaned) with scrap junk that should be thrown away piled up.

Stairs are NEVER swept- kept muddy and dirty.

Trash areas are always dirty.

I only see the janitor ALWAYS taking out the recycle-but never doing anything else.
the carpets are outdated and worn especially with their pet policy- but try getting it replaced-- they will not do it "until the apartment is 7 years old".
one good point- Betty in the office is great and helpful-!!**
but she must have her hands tied by Harbor because looks like Harbor wont spend money on this property or care about keeping their tenants by keeping the common ares clean and giving good tenants carpet upgrades.
with the high rent you would think the maintence would be much better.
other than poor maintence- the apartment design is cool and industrial which is what drew me to it.
