I like the way the space looks, and I like the staff. They've always answered my emails and phone calls and have helped if I've had any problems. I've had to call maintenance once, to fix my microwave, and they came the next day and fixed it. Nothing else had any problems. Noise isn't that bad from outside. You can hear cars if they're noisy and trucks a lot, but you either use ear plugs to sleep, get used to it, or move out. It's a noisy neighborhood, but then again, everywhere in Belltown is. The walls are thin though, so you can hear your neighbors easily. Very easily. Haven't had too many problems, and when I did, just called the security company and filed a noise complaint to shut them up. A pretty young crowd. I doubt you'd want to live here if you were older, but for 20-30's it's great. And the location kicks ass.

As for safety, it's safe. Yes, there's a labor camp a block or so away and yes across the street there's sometimes some sketchy looking people hanging out. But I've never had a single problem with any of them. You don't bother people, they don't bother you. This is Seattle, it's not Detroit or Chicago. If less afluent people scare you to death, you're better off not living in Belltown because there's a ton, but like I said, you don't bother people they don't bother you.
