Site 17 has all the amenities that any city dweller would need. This place has saved me hours on my commute and countless $'s. I cannot believe that I ever commuted to work. I sold my car and walk/bus everywhere. Site 17 is perfect for urban lifestyle.
It is close to restaurants, bars, the market, the park, etc. I highly recommend living here.
