I moved out of this place in October '07. I'm still getting electric bills because the flaky manager can't seem to take me off the resident list. It's now December 31, 2007 and I just received another electric bill for $41.18. The manager paid the last bill, late, but did not acknowledge that I had moved out in October. She told the electric company I didn't move 'till November 13. A lie. Now I am at risk of a bad credit report.
The maintenance crew is good. Otherwise had little to no problems with this place. The management is hard to reach, then when you do reach them they are hard to deal with.
