I purchased my 1 bed/1 bath over 1.5 years ago, and I fell in love with it. They are constantly cleaning the interior and exterior of the buildings (East and West buildings), the maintenance people are fast and discreet (I ve needed their support at 2am and they arrived at my door no more than 15 min later) and the management office is very helpful. As woman living alone, I feel very safe everywhere, anytime. The indoor parking is constantly monitored by the building s security personnel and the key entry makes it more difficult for strangers to enter the common areas. The building is close to 395 and route 50. It takes about 20 min to get to DuPont Circle on a good day. The only bad thing is the high condo fee.

I'm quite sure this rating was put in the wrong place. Skyline House has only one building and I quite sure no one owned their units. The highways mentioned aren't even in Seattle, must be a Skyline house or something else in another state. In any case, don't let this one confuse you.
