Promises of a new stove... Forget it! If you need anything fixed, plan on doing it yourself! The manager of the building is a large large large LARGE woman who has her grandkids show apts for her because she can't get up and down the stairs easily because of some kind of hip problem. She lives in the building and will say anything to get you into a unit. The apts are great and have so much potential... high ceilings, hard wood floors... but the bathrooms and kitchens are effing nasty and no matter what she says, they will never be fixed, ever. Good luck trying to get your security deposit back in full too. You best be writing down every little scratch you see (there are thousands) because she'll blame them on you ;)
