Sound View Apartments

Great Building, Location, and Management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/20/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I have recently left Sound View Apartments after residing there for nearly two years due to a job relocation. Sound View is by far the best apartment community that I have lived in. The units are newer with all the amenities one could want and the building is maintained in a pristine manner. I could walk to grocery stores, great restaraunts, bakeries, my bank, etc. The Alaska junction area is like living in a small town but with all the benefits of being 10 minutes from downtown Seattle. Mark, the manager, is extremely efficient in his maintenance of the complex in addition to being very kind and helpful in any issue that might come up. The tenants are friendly, courteous, and respectful of their fellow residents. I just hope my new home with come at least close to the experience I have had at Sound View Apartments. I give it my highest recommendation.
