	Building is clean and well-maintained, and it is in a great location. The tenants are quiet, courteous, and friendly. Mark, the building manager, is very professional and accessible. I enjoyed living there, and I am sorry to leave!

	Mark, the apartment manager was everything we could ask for! Clean, quiet, location, without question THE best place we lived at in Seattle. Hated to leave and would recommend it to friends and family!
