Very noisy

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
This place has a great view, but no sound insulation between units whatsoever. I could hear casual conversations from both the upstairs and downstairs, and when the upstairs neighbors vaccuumed their floors, it sounded like major construction in my apartment.
