Pretty inexpenisive when i lived there. The buildings pretty old, and living next to the alley i could hear homeless people throwing up every once in a while. The alndlord was really nice, even though he came in to my apartment a couple times without knocking, whatever. The windows are impossible to open. While trying to open my hands went straight through the ancient brittle glass. My wrists started spraying blood all over the kitchen and i had to call an ambulance. The window stayed broke for about a week or so while the glass just chilled on the ground outside for about a month. The sandwiches at the deli below are cheap and extremely delicious.
