A friend brought these reviews to my attention, and I am shocked at the over exaggeration of some of my neighbors. Yes, the building has been under construction, because they needed to fix some problems. Has it been perfect' No, but I would rather have them fix the problem than ignore the problem like some managements do. I have been to every meeting the management has had, and all have been informative, including the one where 3 of my neighbors were yelling & interrupting the management and other renters while they talked. I have always had good response to all of my questions and concerns. I accepted the compensation package that was offered to me, because I felt it was fair. I heard about a lawsuit one of my neighbors filed and they lost in court, and I am surprise someone else is trying the same thing it's seems frivolous to me. I am disgusted at what this world is coming to lawsuits and criticism for taking the responsible route.
