Nickled and Dimed From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/19/2004 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002   Although the apartments, themselves are lovely, the previous reviews regarding deposits are true. Anything short, or possibly exceeding, professional quality cleaning is not acceptable. I did not even drive one nail into the walls, but was charged all but $25 of my cleaning and damage deposit for not cleaning out the window sliding-trays. Don't expect to be treated in a reasonable or fair manner by Management. Additionally, street noise is also a bit of a problem due to the proximity to the hospitals. Unless you are willing to forego your entire deposit, and deal with unattentive management I would recommend looking elsewhere.
