Stockbridge

Definately time for another look! From: Stockbridge Date posted: 9/29/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I'm actually quite surprised by some of the responses! I am the new permanent manager of The Stockbridge (three months, now) and I'm happy to say that many of the issues that have been brought up in the past here are certainly no longer the case. The Stockbridge is a stunning and exceptionally well-maintained 1920's building and I assure that service requests are done in a professional and timely manner. I am available to residents Monday through Friday for questions, concerns, or just to say "Hi" and I've only heard raves about the building, neighbors, and the area thus far. I also personally do the cleaning of the building, which is kept up to very high standards. The only concerns that are an ongoing issue are the parking (which is an issue in any downtown area building) and street noise if you live on the Boren side (again, unavoidable in a downtown area - but isn't that the beauty of it'). However, any of the other issues are now non-issues. I invite you to stop by and take another look! Ariel Flint
