Stockbridge

Nice for the price From: theguiscard@gmail.com Date posted: 1/8/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I just recently moved into the Stockbridge in November (I used this site to help me pick a place), and I wanted to report that it is a really nice place afterall. Prices everywhere in this area are nuts, but I work and go to school here, so I had to make it work. For the (relatively) good price, you get an apartment that you can do really cool stuff with, like I painted mine different shades of blue, and it looks fierce with the hardwood floors and the molding and everything. Everything was clean and in good shape when I moved in, which I was worried about with such an old building. Everyone has been pleasant, no one too shady seems to live here, and the location is awesome awesome. The manager and maintenance guy are nice and don't seem petty or nosy or anything, so I can't ask for much more than that. I live facing the back, so I don't get all the noise, but I can see how other apartments could. And they accept dogs, yay! I'd definately recommend the Stockbridge.
