The building is clean, quiet, and well-run. There is a clean and reliable elevator, which is nice. The apartments are spacious and set up nicely for older studios. For one, the kitchen isn't too cramped and there is a large walk-in closet. Reliable maintenance, too.

The location makes it very convenient for someone without a car.

The cons, the building has alot of people with dogs, so you'll get them in the elevator with you, in the laundryroom. It's tough if you have allergies.
