Stone court apartments is cheap for a reason, it is right off Aurora a very disgusting street with hookers and porn shops just a few blocks away. Residents in stone court apartment smoke cigarettes right in front of the entrance making it smelly to walk in. Someone on the first floor smokes way too much weed and smokes up the whole downstairs and makes it smell like a skunk. The landlords are virtually invisible I have lived there for almost a year and don't even know what the landlords look like. In the winter the windows freeze over and it is colder inside than it is outside. You may think I am kidding but this is seriously all true.

First of all--smokers have to smoke outside as they are not permitted to smoke on their porchs. The managers have placed an ashtray out front so that its tidy. The managers also clean the building--plant flowers and are generally helpful in all areas. Being a manager does not mean be intrusive. I've lived there for a while and have never seen a hooker and if one porn shop...next to the futon factory mind you..bothers you i think you may be a little too soft for urban living--that goes for the weed as well (this is Seattle).
