Strada 67 Apartments

not worth the money From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/10/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   I've lived here for over a year and half now and our rent has increased $120! The apartments are outdated, the windows are drafty, you can definately hear your neighbors to the side of you and above you if you're not on the top floor. Our maintenence problem never got fixed(the large picture window leaks from the top when it rains and the paint and plaster have chipped off), and we were promised the blinds would be replaced and they still haven't been. There have also been several plumbing problems. Since it's between I-5 and roosevelt, you can definately hear the traffic!
