The first look/feel of this place was good; Staff were kind and they have a gym and a media room. But I was not aware of ridiculous little charges. Even though you pay for the parking permit, most parking spots are marked "reserved" and you have to pay extra on top of monthly parking charge to get those spots.
They charge you for this and that. I've had enough of it. I don't recommend this place!!
