This place WOULD be great if you didnt have so much of hassle with everything else. The new Managment is Glacier Mngt. They dont return calls, they park WHEN they are onsite in thier own residents spaces. I cant tell you how many times i have had to go into the building to find who was in my space. They lose paperwork, they just DO NOT have thier ---- together. Now I have recently adjusted this posting, because before the building was sold and under this new management, I really liked living here and had posted a good review. However in the last 6 months it has become a literal joke with my friends and family. The bottom line is that they are going through a heavy recontruction phase and the rent as they have already informed us is going to sky rocket. They have already raised it 10% just to renew your lease and will only do 3 and 6 month leases instead of 1 year as was the past. Do NOT live here unless you want to suffer through the reconstruction. Oh and did i mention that they work on the apartments at any time of the day all they way to 7 or 8 at night!! Parking-- you can pay extra every month for a single parking space, however all the time the maintenance crew or someone's friend is parked in it. Noise- has only become worse with the work they are doing as ppl move They finally started fixing the ground but every few weeks instead of weekly.
