we were without power, not exactly the manager's fault, however: the new company is incredibly slow to respond, unprofessional, and, frankly, scattered. washing machines un repaired for a month, hallways filthy, no response to pages or phone calls, supposed to be a non smoking bldg and it is NOT, even the contractors hired by Galcier smoke in the apts they work in. . . we vacted 29 days ago and still have not rec'd our security deposit back, even after we were given a statement detailing that it was due to us, in total.

Do not rent here or anywhere else frm Glacier. There is NO reason a management company should be allowed to behave this way.

All this is true except the smoking part. I have lived her for a couple years now, and this has ALWAYS been a smoking building. I was told when i first viewed apartments here that smoking in your own apartment was your choice.. THey had NO policy for or against it.
