Parking: It's all paid, and pretty rough to find parking in the neighborhood. I don't feel that's important in a city apartment though. You're in the city.
Noise: I live right above the alley and I always hear people rummaging through the trash, and some occasional aggressiveness. Lots of drunk people at closing time too. Obviously can get annoying during the summer.
Grounds: Nothing special.
Safety: Have never felt unsafe. I am a young guy, though.
Construction: Kind of an old building, so things tend to look messy even if they're not. But the walls are thick.
Maintenance: The owner of the building does a lot of the work himself and is very prompt.
Staff: The owner of the building is personable, nice, and very helpful.
Overall: I'd recommend living here if you're not worried about having a very modern looking apartment. Try to get an apartment not near the alley.
