Years at this apartment: 1998 - 1999
Apartment was brand new when I moved in. Nice color scheme, gray carpet and stone fireplace surround. Washer and dryer in closet. Wide hallways. Tiny pool and workout area, lousy tanning bed. Tiny balcony, but nice view of wooded area. Great price for apartment. I moved out of state for a job, but if I went back to WA I would see what Sunnydale had available.
