nothing but dissapointments,overall the management does not care, will not fix things, not just in a timely fashing, THEY NEVER FIX ANYTHING
although newly renovated, it was just a surface job, the windows are still old, after i complained about the mold that collects and grow in window sills I was told that I would have to remove it. there are no screens, and for that reason, and probably many others there are bugs whenever it warms up.
Our roof started to leak during the winter, and for days we would have pots collecting water on our floor. When we requested that to be fixed they asked if it was below a bathroom, because that happens a lot (it wasnt, this was actually the roof leaking, but I would hate to think that leaks are commonplace)
the baseboard heating does not adequately heat a room, because of the drafts from the windows, front door, etc.
also slightly scary, i live in a two floor apt. and when the ONE smoke alarm went off in our apartment only the people downstairs could hear it. thank goodness it was not a for a real fire.
people constantly smoke out in the court yard, that has windows facing it, so it is impossible to open the windows without making your room smell like an ashtray.
