The building is under new management and is redoing everything. Most apartments are getting upgrades. My apartment unit is on the first floor near the entrance and I have no complains with the noise. My carpet is brand new and they even replaced the vinyl in the kitchen. I am very happy here. Yes, I did have water leakage, but they came to fix it right away. if anyone complains about mold... do not live in Seattle. Even your toothbrush cup can get moldy if you dont clean it regularly. The price is good and the building compared to others on the street actually loks really good.
