This place is beyond loud , dirty, smelly, and unsafe! The managers are drunks and crack heads! They also have all of their friends living there which are of the same caliber. The owners live in California and couldn't care less if the idot managers burn the place to the ground. Believe me I have tried to plead with them, purely out of safety concerns and they honestly DO NOT CARE! Whatever you do, DO NOT LIVE HERE, you will certainly regret it. I think the only apartments that are currently occupied at Taylor Anne now are occupied by the managers and their friends, and none of them even pay rent. Run, don't walk, quickly, away from this place!!!!!!

This building is now under new mangement and ownership. new Philips real estate is equally bad , with renovation going on, new management nor the owners really care about the tenants. This building suck don't stay here.
