It's a pretty decent place.
We have a view facing the lake that is beautiful! (This was the big selling point for us.)
The parking lot is a pain, only one car allowed, and the lot is on a steep slope. My boyfriends car was broken into, stereo was stolen. Management didn't care very much, not that there was anything they could do.
Street parking is there, but it can be competative sometimes.
We always hear our neighbors walking above us. Can't hear the next door neighbors.
Appliances and carpets are on the older side of life, but they look ok. They got us a new fridge very quickly when the old one died.
