Don't do it!
I lived here for about a year and a half. It was cool at first, but dealing with Christopher was not always a great experience. He also had the nerve to ask me to go on a date....From what I heard, I wasn't the onlyā¦Ā See More >anonymous

False Advertising!
I've been living in this building for almost two years and it is NOT getting better! While the rent is a great price, there are many drawbacks including: 1) Manager not dealing with renters who smoke directly in front of the building--despite the factā¦Ā See More >craigsjourney

get what you pay for
Not too bad for the great price. Apartments are OLD, no outlets in bathroom, creaky, paint was nasty and hairs painted on walls, the whole apartment was just old and crummy. Beuatiful colors and floors though. The worst thing about here is the noise, theā¦Ā See More >national2009

Appreciation for a job well done!
I feel like very few people probably ever take the time to write a good review, but management has done such an outstanding job at the building as of late that I felt it deserved mention. Landscaping is looking beautiful as well as the buildingā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Bay ROACH Court Apartments
I loved my apartment when I first saw it. It seemed like a great place. Centrally located, close to the school I was to be attending, a view of downtown, beautiful (though not refinished) hardwoods... Three weeks after I moved in, I saw the first cockroach.ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Beware - Ask Questions - And take what the Manager says with a grain of Salt
When you see a listing for this place on craigslist you should note that cats are allowed with no deposit. This is because there is a mice problem in this building. the construction next door helped to increase that. The Building is centrally located butā¦Ā See More >topherz

Judge it yourself.
Im not only the manager but I lived here for two years. When I moved in in early 2001 the building in my opinion was a crack house with a ton of undesirable tenants living inside the walls. It was my job as the newā¦Ā See More >Walter206

Bad and Getting Worse
When I moved here I was surprised at how clean the building was. And so convenient to downtown, too!

I was a little nervous about moving here, but the obvious cleanliness convinced me it would be fine. I must have looked at it on aā¦Ā See More >Dissolutioned

Not Worth The Nightmare
For Being just off of Downtown on First Hill the Units seem like a bargain for $780 to $890 in relation to their size but beware of the Surrounding area (Also Rents are Going up!!!!) - Being at 8th and James, it is near Harborviewā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Much Better
The review I had up since I moved in was harsh, but management here now seems to be taking definite action...so, I would now say that although the building seems to have a few problems, steps are being taken to correct them; for example theyā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Great for a place to "store" your stuff, but not to live!
My family lived here for about three years in a two bedroom apartment (we stayed so long because it was easier to stay than to move our family).
Positives:
Parking right by apartment (but not covered)
Nice appliances and carpet flooring
Friendly management
Area outside was kept cleanā¦Ā See More >The Bay Ridge Court Apartments
