Not too bad for the great price. Apartments are OLD, no outlets in bathroom, creaky, paint was nasty and hairs painted on walls, the whole apartment was just old and crummy. Beuatiful colors and floors though.
The worst thing about here is the noise, the best is being able to walk downtown to work in ten minutes. Parking isnt too bad, if you have a little patience. I saw bugs when i first moved in, but after i complained they brought in professional exterminators, and I havent seen any bugs since. There are definitely some weirdos living here, alot of weed wafts through the hallways and there is crazy shouting at all hours of the night by some guy. The place sure is dated though, the electrical is SCARY! The laundry machines barely even work anymore, I had to start washing my clothes at a laundromat.
But overall, you get what you pay for and to me, convenience to downtown and price are more important than quiet and a brand new condo type apartment.
