bad management. the halls and lighting are poor, the walls are dirt and there is water damage. inside the apartment there are cockroaches, we called to get them taken care of and they're still not gone. The carpet is worn and poorly installed near the walls and doorways. I am paying way too much for an apartment with bugs. I am dreading moving out and trying to get my deposit back. on the plus side you can have big dogs.
