I have been living in the Bristol apartment for over 2 years. It was the first apartment we looked at and we decided to take it because we were in a hurry. Big mistake.. When we moved in the apartment was filthy.. They didn't clean one inch of that place. Also there were so many things that were broken and needed to be fixed or replaced. After two years any many work orders there still hasn't been anything done to fix or replace any of the issues in my apartment. The apartment manager when we first moved in was either crazy or on some kind of drugs. The apartment manager after that Mike was a rat. He seemed nice but I got to know him and he was very very evil and didn't care about any of the tenants. The new manager is nice but still nothing has been done to fix my apartment and other people's apartments that I've been told. Also when I moved just two years ago the rent was $850, now it's $1035. They are just trying to get as much as they can before they turn this place into another CONDO. Pathetic vermins. There are dogs barking all the time, people being stabbed two blocks away, and people stealing other tenants laundry. These are only some things wrong with this hell. Stay far far away.
