Overall decent, but I wouldn't do it again.

The building and staff are very nice. The building seems exceptionally safe. Even the noise from I-5 isn't that bad. A few things that would make me hesitate to live here again: it is expensive, the internet (they provide) seems to be on a old modem from 1995 (get Comcast). The reason I could not live here again: the night club next door! I currently live on the north side of the building and the noise from the night club is bad enough to wake us up in the middle of the night. If you have to get up in the morning and go to work 5 days a week, this is not the place for you. I think that if you were to live on the west side of the building it wouldn't be too bad. Noise in the summer is even worse, the building runs hot and having windows open is a must. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
