Not a bad compromise

I lived there for 3 years in the largest one bedroom I've ever seen in Belltown. It was clean, had high ceilings with crown molding, and a large balcony I used to BBQ on.
The walls were thick... I could play music late without disturbing neighbors, and couldn't hear their music when they played.
They did many cosmetic renovations for 2003 to update the look, and added a small workout room.
Yes, they were slower than average in fulfilling tenant requests, but I've seen worse. The security was lax... I'd have hard time sleeping if I owned a BMW or a Benz. But if I did own those cars, I wouldn't be living at the Cedars!
If you are a professional working in downtown, but don't exactly have oodles of cash, this is the spot for you. Going to a newer building and getting the same space/convenience will cost you hundreds more per month.
