Looks can be deceiving - looks great!

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
Lived there for six months, I paid way too much for what I got there. The apartments were a great size, plenty of space, however, the walls were paper thin, you could hear EVERYTHING your neighbors were doing all day and night.
Fire alarms went off pretty regularly, the elevators were broken often, and nasty (pee and trash) often enough that we usually stuck to the stairs.
The decks effectively put you and your neighbors so close together that you had no privacy at all, and we had so much food, garbage, spit, as well as bird poop from the decks above, we didn't want to hang out on the deck anyways.
Everything in the apartment was cheaply made. The management was not friendly at all, they act like they don't care for children at all in this "family building". Their main concern was that no one touches the glass doors or windows.
I chose to get out as quickly as I could once the lease was up. The apartment was in great condition when we left, just needed a few paint touch ups (Where the couch was, and where one bed rubbed against the wall - that's it!) and a carpet steam clean. They tacked on hefty cleaning bills and a painting bill, then they somehow tacked on an additional amount so that we ended up OWING $108 when we moved out (the cleaning deposit was $450). It was ridiculous, don't do it.
