The price for these apartments was worth it when we felt secure and happy with the way the apartments were monitored. Now that Pacifica Seatac LLC owns the apartments there is no way I would stay past my lease. The new management towed my truck with no warning to me, tried to install camera to take random pictures of us, and they entered my apartment when the unit below me had a leak without my knowledge. Now I now if there is an immediate danger they have every right to do so but I was in bed with a telephone right next to me but they called the incorrect number, then called my work and left a threatening message about having outdated information. I had given them the new information not more than a week earlier. Please do NOT move into these apartments.

YUCK! MOVE ASAP!

I've been here 3 years and just can't afford to move yet. Aside from the camera situation, Everything in all these reviews are accurate (I HOPE the camera thing was a one-off). Rebekah is long gone, but the aftertaste lingers. My neighbor has had 2 cars stolen from the lot in 6 months (he just moved out). Ants are an extreme problem. In fact, when my Wife and I were signing paperwork, the Mgr at the time sent a cleaning lady to out Apt. Turns out, it was to get rid of ants for our walkthrough. All of the floors sag in the middle, and it's that standard beige "Stain-soaker" carpet, installed to force you to pay extra from the deposit when you move out. I once made an agreement with the office to have the 50 dollar late fee waived due to my bizzare payday schedule. The Office agreed. 6 months down the road, I started getting Evictions warnings claiming I owed several hundred dollars, with no explanation (this started after Rebekah took over). The office refused to return my calls, then claimed they had no record of any agreemnet. My car was also towed during the paving debacle, and yes, the remodel was simply putting lipstick on a pig. They call us "Landing at Angle Lake" now.
