Just moved in, and the manager is very accomodating, the building is older (built in 1960) so it creeks a bit, but all in all so for so good! For Capitol Hill the apartments are rather spacious. I have a friend who has a 2 bedroom in another building and my 1 bedroom is larger than his 2 bedroom.
