Rent Increases... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/12/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I lived in the Queensborough for about eight months. The management was hard to get ahold of, unless it was during the day (while most people are at work). When I could get into contact with them, they were always friendly and helpful. The building was always clean and I had a GREAT view from my sixth floor studio. I had two rent increases after my six month lease expired...I was fed up with ever increasing prices so I decided to move out. It is a nice place and almost always very quiet, but the rent increases were annoying and much too frequent. Parking was expensive and the garage was monitored, but break ins still occurred sporadically.
