A quiet place in a pleasant neighborhood

I have lived in many places and many apartments in my life, and the Yates has been by far the most pleasant.

It's a charming old building in a delightful neighborhood that is ideal for those who are happy to live without a car.

Some covered parking is available for an extra charge, but with a Metro stop just a few doors away, who needs a car''' Rents are very reasonable for what you are getting, and the building is well maintained.

The building in non-smoking, and has very appealing studios with a full kitchen.
