We can't wait to leave!!! To say that this apartment is unfortunate is an understatement. Cleanliness, quiet, luxury, and comfort are all words that you can throw in the trash (provided it isn't backed up) if you choose to live here. Even if we weren't kept up for all hours of the night by construction noise, we would still be horribly dissatisfied with the quality of the apartment. Everything is old, moldy, and generally unfit for living. By far, this is the worst experience we have ever had with an apartment complex and management has made it clear to us that our business means nothing to them. Avoid this place at all cost.

I used to live the for 3.5 years. WHen it was under different management it was a great place to live. Once the new management took over the place COMPLETELY went to s#&t. We were sickened 24 hours a day by the smell of rotting garbage in the garbage shoot which had the door removed, kept awake at all hours by the pounding construction noise and lights outside, and the dog box by teh pool was NEVER changed any more. As for the attitude of the new staff, they could have cared les. Burnt out lights stayed burnt out, the rent prices skyrocketed, and the security was knocked down to almost non-existent levels. We couldn't get out of that place fast enough. We own our own home and we have never looked back. I feel sorry for people currently stuck in their lease at "The 801"!

The management team needs to be fire huh? Are they ice now? Old and moldy I highly doubt that...didn't you research the apartments before you moved in? Take a tour? ask some questions? If it's sooo unfit for living why don't you move? Just some questions to ask yourself.

Does GoKickRocks actually live at Tower @ 801 or just one of the drunk dumb asses that work for Tower @801? I am a current renter here and this apartment building is run down and is a HORRIBLE place to live. Don't move here. I'm very happy that people are finally coming out of the woodwork and starting to complain on this site. Trust me - everything at Tower @ 801 is run down, the management doesn't give a damn about you, you will get an attitude about everything - even package pick up, maintenance requests, etc. The facilities are grotesque. ------ and her team of idiots absolutely deserve to be fired - I expect better customer service shopping at KMart.
