The Essex mission statement says "Creating the communities people call home" yeah if your home is a cold, dirty kindergarten. The new manager ------ seems to think customer service means spending no more then 5 minutes with a resident. She is our little Hitler. The tension at the front desk is so thick that you could cut it with a knife. Wouldnt surprise a bit if the front desk people quit because of the way they are being treated by ------. This building used to be like a home but now is becomming like a cold impersonel institution. Where has customer service gone' Where is the managers smiling face saying welcome' We, the residents, have become the enemy to our new manager, even though she has a smile on her face it is evident that she doesnt mean it. Dont know which rock she came out from under but sure would like to see her go back there.
Dont rent here if you have any other choice unless, of course, you like being abused.
I was always under the impression that the people who paid the rent were the customers and should be treated like a valued customer. If ------ reads this, which she wont, just remember we the tenants pay your salary and should be treated with respect.

I really wonder how these residents are finding so much out about this building. I loved that building. Now that I see this. I dont know what to think. Except for they lost me. I am really glad so much gossiping is going on there from the staff Im assuming. I have never lived in an apartment building where they even had leasing people always in the building. I would hate to find out they talk about the residents. It seems like this building has a little maturing to do. I am also glad that my neighbors won't be cry babies.

Perhaps you should go back to kindergarten and re-take grammer and spelling. Yes re-read it, you are not smarter than a 5th grader!
