Tower 801 Apartments

Expensive Ghetto From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/13/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008 3 responses   Sweet Sweet ------ Left us, and the company replaced her with ------ ------ (sounds like ----) The property has been suffering ever since Since that woman started here she has torn out the beautiful Lylacs on the mezz level, she has removed all the plants in the lobby. She is still currently removing the existing crew now 50% complete of her goal. We can only assume she is going to replace everyone with folks she used to work with, ones that will OBEY HER! The reason I am moving out is she has increased the rents 8% from where they are now, everyone's rent has increased that much. She has also turned over control of the parking garage to a parking company that does not now you as well as ----- does. This has cause the parking rent to skyrocket to 300 dollars a month. I pay way to much to live at this ghetto as it is. With the economy getting so crazy I decided to move to Metropolitan Tower (Thanks Magnolia!) Parking and rent are now less than at Tower 801, and the apartments are new and bigger! I will be much happier when I don't have to see that Evil lady ------ anymore.
