I have lived here for 3 years and the managers have been great. The apartments are big and roomy, a little dated with kitchen and bathroom but overall not bad. They are currently remodeling the apartments puting in new windows, heaters,lighting, and updating carpet and other flooring. Love that they are not painted the stale hospital white. Only downfall laundry kind of sucks with only 2 washers and 2 dryers per building and located in basement with no elevators (sometimes issues with neighbors laundry habits). Also no pets. Rent is month to month with no lease. Quiet area with transit(buses) to downtown and to mall just a block away. Also Safeway and QFC close by. 2 pools open during summer.
