Tuscany...not worth the money...bad management. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/25/2003 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003   I have lived in this apartment for approximately three years and haven't had a problem until recently. The problem is mainly with the new management. The previous managers were a sweet older couple who were very pleasant to deal with whenever there was a problem. However, the new manager is horrible. There was an issue that came up and her solution was to place a letter in my mailbox. She placed the letter in my mailbox on a Thursday and I didn't get the letter until Friday. Since office hours are 10AM-4PM M-F, I decided to wait until Monday to deal with the issue. I did not get to have this conversation with her on Monday because on Sunday she knocked on my door and started yelling at me about the issue. How someone goes from a letter in your mailbox to yelling is a mystery to me. The new manager is very unprofessional. In addition, parking is a huge problem. They have garage parking available for $75/month and it is a huge rip off. They created two parking spots out of what should be only one. Unless you drive a Geo Metro, parking is a nightmare in this garage. Also, there have been several break ins over the last year.
