management great! NOISE bad! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/26/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I am a current resident, that is in the process of moving. PROS: Centrally located around EVERYTHING. The management has great response time to issues, emails, and phone calls. Neighbors are usually quiet and polite. Noise not heard through walls, and maintence is awesome. Security is as okay as management can make it CONS: parking garage is TERRIBLE if you own a car bigger then a mini, EXTREMELY SMALL apartments, NO storage space! Its RIGHT on a bus line, so you hear bus noise 24/7, the doors and windows keep NO sound out, homeless-looking people linger across summit (they scare me!), one tenate steals your time in your dryers (she checks your clothes and if dry, takes them out and uses YOUR time to dry HER clothes!) you hear people talking and running through the halls and yelling/buses/car alarms/gates making noise outside, there is a building on Summit (not sure whats its cause is) but alot of sketchy and homless looking people are lurking (early mornings I am afraid they will snatch my purse or even worse, me) ITS A GREAT PLACE IF YOU TAKE THE BUS OR DONT HAVE A LARGE VEHICLE AND DONT NEED STORAGE SPACE.
