I live at the Tuscany apartments currently and am going to be moving soon due to need of more space. I have a one bedroom on the spring side. My apartment in HUGE for what it is and when I moved in was well taken cared for. the kitchen cabinets are a little small and the sink SUCKS, but for a young person has suited me well for the last two years.
My main complaint is that I didn't know there was a methadone clinic directlt across the street until I had already signed the lease. LOUD is not even how to discribe it. It starts at around 6 in the morning usually with someone yelling profanities at someone else. The yelling, the loud cars, and overall non respect for the nieghborhood last until noon, then it just stops and the area becomes totally desent. There is a little bit of problems with homeless poeple at night. I had a man open my window and stick his hand through it to peek in at me. It was terrifying, but at least there was bars on my windows.
The management is pretty great. The maintenence guy is exceptional and just the sweetest.
Overall I would say it's a good starter place if your stuck on the spring street side, but could be a great move if your in a different part of the building.

Yeah I believe that my girlfriend and I live in this apartment talked about here, and the methadone clinic being right here is really annoying, and we aren't exactly happy the management didn't say anything about it before we moved in. I don't see us renewing our lease for this apartment, and don't see why anyone would. If you move here, don't rent the basement apartment on the summit street side. It's not worth the cheaper rent. management seem nice for the most part. The extra storage room is nice to have. The parking garage is hard to drive around in (very small)
