Over priced slum with good for nothing management... Take your $1,100 and go somewhere where they will provide for general maintenance, upkeep, and safety... Several thefts and non-stop maintenance issues. Good luck ever getting anyone to respond to any requests. Units old and outdated, not maintained at all. Mold a problem in most units. Parking, while "free," and unmarked, unassigned logistical nightmare. Neighbors friendly, but that's not enough to make it worth living there. For eight two-bedroom units, there is one washer and dryer. Seriously. If you are even remotely considering moving in here... Don't.
