My boyfriend and I live in these apartments and love it. We haven't had to deal with the owners and wev'e been here over a year. The managers are so nice and one time our hot water tank brokeand the manager was really genuin and had someone to to it in 10 minutes. It's never noisy and wev'e never had one problem with the neighbors. We plan on living here at least another year. The only bummer is the price of parking but that's just how it is all over town.
