hidden fees you basically have to live there for two years even though you only sign a lease for one year otherwise you are charged to the portion of the painting fee for the apartment for the time you didn't live there...I know, doesn't make sense to me either. I'd compare it to signing up for a wireless plan and then finding out you're in it for way more then you originally thought there is little to no street parking because there are so many other apartments in the area there are also many rules that seem fitting for a retirement community or a college dormitory water and sewer are paid through a utilities management service and you have to pay a fee every time they bill you for their services bottom line: hidden things management doesn't tell you on your initial tour and yes, I did read the lease and while these may not seem like extremely huge issues they are annoying, especially since you aren't told of it initially nor is it discussed while you are signing the lease. Noise is rarely a problem however, and the walls are for the most part thick so that is a plus. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7

I also lived here during this approximate time period and agree with all that you have noted. Still live in this same area but under a much better management.

I agree whole heartedly. The management here is crazy. I felt like I was being watched constantly and I'm not a person to cause trouble, make noise, etc. Did anyone else ever notice how often they have the manager's son drop down from the roof to "clean the windows"? I felt like he was snooping for them and sure enough he was. I seriously feel like the management hates me because I'm not 65 and retired.
Even retired people would probably find this to be a nuisance.
